Product Details

Our luxuriously soft beach towels are made from brushed microfiber with a 100% cotton back for extra absorption.   The top of the towel has the image printed on it, and the back is white cotton.   Our beach towels are available in two different sizes: beach towel (32" x 64") and beach sheet (37" x 74").

Don't let the fancy name confuse you... a beach sheet is just a large beach towel.

Artist's Description

When I saw the Daily Paintworks Challenge titled “The Breakfast Challenge” I wondered what I could do that would be different. I remembered a story I heard that had to do with breakfast and commitment and one thing led to another and resulted in this painting.
The story went something like this. There once was a farm in which lived a chicken, cow, and pig. One day the chicken went up to the cow and pig and asked if they would help her do something nice for the farmer, since he was so good to them. The pig asked what she had in mind. The chicken thought it would be nice if they could give him breakfast. The cow thought for a moment and said she could give some nice fresh milk. The chicken piped up and said she would give him some eggs to fry up. They both looked to the pig. The pig thought long and hard before she spoke. “While it is nice that cow can contribute and chicken can get involved, but for me, farmers breakfast would be a total commitment.”

About Lori Brackett

Lori Brackett

Lori Brackett grew up in Ammon, a suburb of Idaho Falls, Idaho. She consciously knew she wanted to be an artist since the tender age of five so her education was pursued in that direction. While in junior high and high school, she took almost every art class they offered. Post high school, Lori continued her art education at both Ricks College and then Idaho State University, finally graduating cum laude with a Bachelors Degree of Fine Art in Fine Art. In my art I enjoy a myriad of different media, though my favorites are pastel, acrylic and oil. The images I perform have so much to say visually; I try to get others to listen with their eyes. Therefore, I portray what I feel is uplifting, invokes good emotions, or gives food for...
