Description
When my youngest, James, was six months old he would put shoe laces in his mouth and grin at me like the cat who caught a mouse; so that is how I painted him. (The costume does not exist, I painted it on him as he was wearing just a diaper at the time.)
I also received an Honorable Mention in the Eastern Idaho State Fair in 2001.
